Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the educational development of students from Kindergarten - Year 2.
• Implement and oversee a trilingual curriculum in English, Arabic, and Maldivian.
• Encourage a collaborative community among students, staff, and parents.
• Foster a learning environment that promotes critical thinking, creative excellence, and respect.
• Ensure students develop independence, responsible behavior, and a love for lifelong learning.

Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in early years or primary education.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, especially in multilingual settings.
• Passion for working with young children and helping them grow as learners.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on fostering strong relationships among students, parents, and staff.
